次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

（5）調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 南極での施工性を考慮し、単純作業で南極の夏期間（12月下旬から2月上旬の50日間）に越冬に耐え得るところまで組立てが完了すること。
B 部材のプレファブ化を行い、コンテナを基本とする南極への輸送条件を考慮すること。
C 夏期隊員宿舎 a 構造：1階鉄骨造、2-3階木造 b 階数：3階建て c 建物規模：延べ面積855㎡
D 国内において仮組立を行い南極での施工可能性、建設工程を確認すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法
上記1（2）の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同（5）の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付
本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
（1）交付期間 令和4年4月14日から令和4年5月16日まで。
（2）交付場所 上記2（2）に同じ。

この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary
（1）Classification of the products to be procured : 26
（2）Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Summer lodging facility at Syowa station, Antarctica 1 Set
（3）Type of the procurement : Purchase
（4）Basic requirements for the building：A. Assembly must be completed to the level that will allow overwintering during the Antarctic summer period （ approx. 50 days from late December to early Feburuary ） by simple operation, considering its workability in Antarctica. B. The facility should be designed as a prefabricated building, and its components can be transported using freight containers. C. The configuration of the building a. The structure : The first floor is steel-framed, and the 2nd and 3rd floors are made of wood. b. The number of stories: there c. The total floor space : 855㎡ D. The facility should be temporarily assembled in Japan before shipping to Antarctica to check if it meets the requirements mentioned above.
