The National Institute of Polar Research, Japan, is seeking applicants for professor position in Bioscience Group, Division for Research and Education. The candidate is expected to promote studies on algae ecology in polar regions, from the viewpoint of physiological ecology. The candidate is also expected to design science plan with domestic and international researchers, and to develop actively new insights into polar sciences.
