Information for participants

Registration

All participants in this symposium must register in advance on the Online Meeting System (OMS).

Program, Timetable, Abstracts and Zoom link

The program and timetable of the symposium can be accessed on the OMS. The abstracts for each presentation are also available for viewing on the OMS.  PDF version of the symposium program is downloadable from this web site. A limited number of printed abstracts have been produced. They are available for distribution at the general reception desk for those who wish to have them. Regarding the sessions that require a Zoom link (OA, OG, IA), the Zoom link will be announced on the OMS.

Reception Desks

When you arrive at the symposium venue, please first check in at the reception desk located at the entrance of the session you will be participating in. You will receive an anonymous name tag, and you are asked to write your name on it. Additionally, those receiving travel expense support from NIPR must submit their flight receipts and boarding passes at the reception desk.

In some sessions (OB, OG and OS), a social gathering (session party) is prepared. Please inquire at the session reception desk for details.

For matters not related to specific sessions, please inquire at the general reception desk at Entrance Hall of NIPR. It will be open at 09:00 - 16:30 every day.

Wireless LAN

Wireless LAN is available at the venue of each session. Instructions for use will be provided at each session venue.

Food and drinks

At the reception area of each session venue, coffee and tea are available. In the symposium venue, bottles with caps may be brought in, but please refrain from other food and drink.

Lunch

In the entrance hall on the first floor, you can buy bento boxes (Lunch boxes) during the time of 11:00-12:30. Eating and drinking in the NIPR 2F Auditorium is not allowed, but there are other places (listed below) where eating and drinking are permitted.

  • Rooms C201 and C301 in the NIPR main building (See Floor Map)
  • Entrance hall on the 1st floor in the NIPR main building
  • Lounges (connecting corridors) on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors in the NIPR main building.
