Information for presenters
Oral presentation :
The length of time for oral presentations varies by session. Please follow the guidance from the convener of each session. Check the program for the time and duration of your presentation. In some sessions (OA and OM), it is necessary to upload your presentation file (ppt or PDF) in advance. In other sessions, you will be required to submit your presentation file at the venue well before the scheduled time of your presentation (IA session) or you can connect your own computer (OB, OS and IW session). In the OG session, the speaker will proceed from the Zoom link. Please follow the instructions of the convener of each session.
Note that the presentation time includes time for the presentation, discussion, and the changeover to the next presenter.
Poster presentation :
The poster presentation venue will be in the entrance hall on the 1st floor. Posters can be displayed throughout the duration of the symposium. It is recommended that those presenting posters put up their posters upon arrival at the venue.
There is a core time for poster presentations. The majority of sessions (OB, OG, OM, OS and IW) have their core time set for the afternoon of Thursday, November 15th. The poster core time for OA Session and IA Session is scheduled for November 14th and November 16th, respectively.
Posters that are not taken down by the end of the symposium will be disposed of by the LOC.
Size of the poster board is 1170 mm in horizontal width, 870mm in vertical width, and top height of 1800 mm. The boards are for landscape type posters. However, by suspending, portrait type posters can be also displayed.
The materials required to attach each poster to the board will be supplied. Please use a tape prepared by the LOC. A usage of thumbtacks is prohibited.
