Information for presenters
Oral presentation :
The length of oral presentations varies by session, and please refer to the program for more detail. In some sessions (OM and ID), you will need to upload your presentation file (PPT or PDF) in advance. In other sessions (OA, OB, OG and OS), you will be required to connect to the online system using your own computer and share the screen of your presentation slides. Please follow the instructions of the convener of each session.
Please note that the allocated presentation time includes time for the presentation, discussion, and the transition to the next presenter.
Poster presentation :
The venue for the poster presentation will be in the atrium (entrance hall) on the 1st floor. Posters can be displayed for the period specified in the program.
There is a designated core time for poster presentations. Each session (OA, OB, OG, OM, OS, and ID) has their core time scheduled.
Please note that posters not removed by the end of the symposium will be disposed of by the Executive Committee.
The dimensions of the poster board are 1100 mm in width, 790 mm in height, with a top height of 1800 mm. The boards are designed for landscape-oriented posters. However, portrait-oriented posters can also be displayed by suspending them.
The materials required to attach each poster to the board will be provided. Please use the tape prepared by the Executive Committee. The use of thumbtacks is prohibited.
