Registration
All participants must register in advance on the Online Meeting System (OMS).
The registration deadline is November 26th, 2025.
Please note that we will not be accepting registration on the day of the symposium.

The oral sessions will be conducted in a hybrid format. Zoom links will be posted on OMS on December 1.

Symposium Banquet
NIPR will host an informal buffet-style symposium banquet on the evening of Dec. 3rd as follows. All the symposium participants are welcome to attend (regardless of pre-registration).
Date and Time : Wednesday, December 3, 18:00 - 19:30
Place : Multipurpose Conference room (3rd floor of the building of Antarctic Operation Center, Map)
Participation fee : 2,000 yen (1,000 yen for students)
* Please make your payment in cash only at the reception desk of the banquet venue on the day of the event.
Session parties
In certain sessions (OB, OG, OS, and OM), a social gathering (session party) will be held in the evening (The fee is expected to be several thousand yen).
