Information for presenters
Oral presentation :

The oral sessions will be conducted in a hybrid format. Zoom links will be posted on OMS on December 1. The length of oral presentations varies by session, so refer to the program for more detail. Please note that the allocated presentation time includes time for the presentation, discussion, and the transition to the next presenter.
Poster presentation :
The venue for the poster presentation will be in the atrium (entrance hall) on the 1st floor.
Posters can be displayed throughout the symposium period (12/2-5).
There is a designated core time for poster presentations. Each session (S, OA, OB, OG, OM, OS, and ID) has their core time scheduled.
Please note that posters not removed by the end of the symposium will be disposed of by the Local Organization Committee.
The dimensions of the poster board are 1100 mm in width, 790 mm in height, with a top height of 1800 mm. The boards are designed for landscape-oriented posters. However, portrait-oriented posters can also be displayed by suspending them.
The materials required to attach each poster to the board will be provided. Please use the tape prepared by the Local Organization Committee. The use of thumbtacks is prohibited.
