From Tachikawa Station (North Exit), take a bus bound for “via Tachikawa Shiyakusho (Tachikawa City Hall)” from bus stop No. 2 or No. 3, and get off at “Tachikawa Gakujutsu Plaza” (right in front of the institute).
Alternatively, take a bus bound for “via Tachikawa Shiyakusho (Tachikawa City Hall)” from bus stop No. 1–3, get off at “Tachikawa Shiyakusho (Tachikawa City Hall)”, and walk about 5 minutes.
